The mission of Ball For Us is to educate disadvantaged youth, including youth in low-income communities, homeless and foster children, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise, and to promote mental, physical, and emotional health awareness through educational events, sports and fitness activities.  We also support U.S. veterans and their families.  BFU is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

The focus of BFU is to create a broader awareness of the necessity of good health education, exercise, and life skills development among people in underserved communities, and to empower youth in establishing life and career goals for themselves.  BFU seeks to create programs that surround their participants with an inclusive, family-oriented environment.
